Mind Your Own Business Plug Plants
6x Mind-Your-Own-Business plants in bio plugs
Soleirolia soleirolii (syn. Helxine soleirolii)
Best known as an indoor plant but also makes a great alternative lawn for smaller areas.
Mind your own business or ‘baby's tears’ is a creeping perennial and makes an attractive and maintenance-free ground cover in moist, shady areas.
It will tolerate sun or shade.
Frost hardy, its leaves are killed by winter frost, but it will recover to grow vigorously in spring.
The masses of tiny leaves clothe slender spreading stems that root as they run, forming a dense deep-pile carpet. As it covers the ground it will run over rocks, fallen logs, and so on, clinging to their shape so the features of the landscape are picked out.
Quick to establish, it survives periodic dry spells and recovers quickly afterwards. It is a superb substitute for moss in a Japanese garden or shady courtyard. Propagate by division from spring to mid-summer.
Despite looking pretty in cracks in paving, it re-grows from the smallest stem sections and can soon get out of control. It is especially difficult to control in the lawn so the best use is for an area dedicated to the plant.
This plant is a native of Corsica and Sardinia and is occasionally grown in rock gardens.
It has a number of other common names, including angel's tears, bits and pieces, bread and cheese, Corsican creeper, Corsican curse, friendship plant, mind-your-own-business, mother of thousands, Paddy's wig, and pollyanna vine.

Delivery
The plugs will be dispatched by first class post in an envelope with moist tissue. I'll pick the plants on the day you purchase and put them straight in the post. Please allow an extra day from the estimate on the postage page as the package is coming from Northern Ireland.
Please open the pack as soon as they are delivered. It is important to take the plants out of the container on delivery as they could rot with the lack of air circulation.
They might look a bit stressed but will soon pick up when planted.
Quality Assured If you have any problems with the plants or need any more advice about planting or aftercare please contact me.
First Class delivery and recycled packaging is included in the price. The last posting of the week will be Thursday evening then I'll resume on the Monday morning. this will ensure the plants don't sit in the sorting office for too long.
Plants will vary slightly from the images.
I offer a money back guarantee if the plants don't arrive in good condition. Please send me a photograph of the plants and the postal arrival date for my quality assurance.
Please allow extra time for deliveries due to present circumstances
